Seeking support takes courage—and finding the right fit matters. Kelly Crowe, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Pathways of Florida, has spent over two decades creating a space where individuals feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Kelly’s approach is rooted in the belief that therapy should feel both grounding and transformative. She brings a calm, intuitive presence to her work, helping clients slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. Clients often experience her as both deeply compassionate and thoughtfully direct—someone who will meet you where you are, while gently guiding you forward.

As the founder of Pathways, Kelly has built a practice centered on treating the whole person. She is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy provider, and is trained in EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She also serves as a meditation instructor and public speaker, bringing a broader educational and integrative perspective to the field of mental health care. Her work reflects a forward-thinking model of care—blending innovative, evidence-based treatments with a deeply personalized, human-centered experience that supports clients in living a more inspired and connected life.

Kelly integrates approaches such as EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, CBT-I, and mindfulness-based practices to support deeper healing and lasting change. Her work is tailored to each individual, blending clinical expertise with a thoughtful approach that honors both the mind and body.

In addition to her clinical work, Kelly is deeply committed to mentoring clinicians and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team at Pathways—ensuring that every client receives high-quality, compassionate care

Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions—hope, fear, uncertainty, even a little relief. Kathleen “Kat” Guvercin understands that experience not only as a therapist, but as someone who has sat on the other side of the room as a client. That perspective shapes the way she shows up: with empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for how vulnerable it can feel to begin.

Kat’s priority is creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be real—where they can bring in the thoughts, emotions, and experiences they may have been holding onto and begin to work through them at their own pace. From the very first session, she focuses on building connection and trust, helping clients feel at ease while also gaining a clear understanding of their goals and what they need from the process.

Her approach is collaborative and grounded. Kat works alongside her clients to explore what’s keeping them feeling stuck or overwhelmed, helping them make sense of their thoughts and emotions without judgment. She has a natural ability to take what feels big and unmanageable and break it down into smaller, more approachable steps—allowing clients to begin moving forward with clarity and confidence.

Kat integrates mindfulness into her work, encouraging clients to slow down, increase awareness, and reconnect with themselves in a more compassionate way. She also places a strong emphasis on personal autonomy, helping clients recognize what is within their control and empowering them to make choices that align with who they are and how they want to live.

Clients often leave sessions feeling heard, seen, and more hopeful—with a growing sense of confidence in their ability to navigate life on their own. While she is fully present and engaged in the work, Kat’s ultimate goal is to help clients build the tools and insight they need so they can move forward independently, knowing support is always there if they need to return. Her work reflects the belief at Pathways that growth is not just about getting unstuck—but about helping clients begin to live a more inspired and meaningful life.

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain—but having the right support can make all the difference. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Lauren is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. Lauren has experience working with children with developmental delays, as well as individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and social anxiety. She supports clients navigating a wide range of life challenges and transitions, providing a compassionate and individualized approach to care. She understands that each person’s story is unique, and she takes the time to build a strong therapeutic connection where clients feel safe, understood, and supported.

From the very first session, she focuses on creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves—without pressure or judgment. Her style is warm, grounded, and interactive, helping clients explore what’s going on beneath the surface while also building practical tools they can use in everyday life. She believes therapy works best as a partnership, where clients feel supported while also gaining a deeper understanding of themselves.

Her work often centers around trauma reprocessing, anxiety, stress and burnout, academic and school-related concerns, and major life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and EMDR, she tailors each session to meet the unique needs of the individual working with her. Through strong therapeutic rapport and evidence-based treatment, Lauren helps each person build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.

With a holistic perspective, she looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person—integrating both emotional and physical experiences into the healing process. She incorporates somatic techniques to help clients reconnect with their bodies, increase self-awareness, and feel more grounded. Her goal is to help clients not only manage challenges but also reconnect with their strengths and move toward a greater sense of balance and wholeness.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step—but it’s often the beginning of meaningful change. With over 25 years of experience, this clinician brings a steady, compassionate presence to each session, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and move toward their best self. She works collaboratively with clients to identify goals, build practical coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Clients often describe her as empathetic, approachable, and deeply invested in their progress.

With a unique background as both a secondary English teacher and high school counselor, she offers a broader lens when working with children, adolescents, and families—understanding not only emotional well-being, but also the academic and developmental pressures that can shape a young person’s life. She also enjoys supporting women through life transitions, helping them reconnect with their strengths and sense of direction.

Her clinical work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR, allowing her to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. She has extensive experience supporting clients through anxiety, panic attacks, grief, and divorce recovery.

Outside of the therapy room, she values time with her family, including her three sons, daughters-in-law, and her beloved granddaughter. She enjoys staying active, reading, and traveling—bringing a balanced, real-world perspective into the work she does with clients.
